I know I was born to do what I do!

I am a logically and spiritually based Certified Coach, trained to lead you into the co-creative relationship, where amongst other things I will assist you with:

• Achieving goals
• S. M. A. R. T. planning
• Surrendering damaging vocabulary
• Identifying success blockers
• Steering your business to success
• Transforming dysfunctional beliefs

Likewise I will offer perspectives, options and suggestions so you can ultimately devise your own solutions.
Because I know that GREATNESS is lying dormant in you and I truly believe coaching is the best means by which to make the extraction.

I’ll be honest though, my journey to “awareness” of this GREATNESS was not easy. And was met with several challenges along the way. Challenges you may be able to relate to like: low self-esteem, abuse, divorce, depression, abandonment and even self-sabotage.
But as a survivor and overcomer, I am here today to offer you my partnership on your journey to GREATNESS. You see, it’s always been my goal to support people as they embody their greater self, but coaching wasn’t always my chosen vehicle.
And even though I’ve earned a Psychology degree, my call didn’t match that path. Instead I was drawn in a direction that featured a profession that was revolutionary and proactive. As a result, I completely immersed myself into coaching because I’ve witnessed its limitless and transformative powers.

I relish my coaching role as an unattached thinking and accountability partner through what ever challenge you are presently facing. And while I will genuinely appreciate, endorse and support you as my clients, I will never hold back important truths. My clients have come to expect the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines from me and you can too.

I’m a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and live in NYC with my loving husband and three children.
